I hear you out - THE DISCOVERY PHASE
Maybe you don't have time to properly brief me. And that's fine. I'll make sure the information you shoot at me is structured and clear for both of us.
I ask you loads - THE DEEPER DIVE
To make sure I properly understand your current challenge and the full specs of your business and your customers, I need your support. This stage will work as a debriefing session, ideally in person. Consider it a validation of your needs, expected outcomes and what KPIs define success.
I do the work - CREATIVE STRATEGY & COMMS PLANNING
Are there novel ways to understand your customer persona that haven't yet been explored? If so, how can we quickly validate them beyond desktop research? Are competitors doing something out-of-the-box?
What strategic route will take us towards our goals? Is it more a creative-driven route, to make your brand stand out more from your competitors, is it a marketing-driven route, to make some changes in terms of points of sales, pricing and bundles or is it a media-driven route, to reach your key audiences more precisely?
Review and integrate your know-how - STRATEGIC WORKSHOP
We'll take half a day to go through my findings and recommendations and integrate your feedback and thoughts. We're doing this together, because no one knows your business, your audience and your niche better than you do!
Wrap-up of the STRATEGIC PHASE
I will integrate your input from the previous stage in the plan, send it over and we can have a short meeting to finally review. A timeline of the implementation phase will be shared and agreed upon here.
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
Creating the assets as per the plan: copy & content, design, graphic, web, AV production. We'll need to keep working together closely, as your sign-off or input will be needed along the way.
EVERYTHING IS SIGNED OFF AND READY TO GO LIVE
We did it! Our new campaign is out there ready to lift off the brand.
I monitor performance and optimise digital assets if needed.
We need to stay agile and adapt - perhaps we can come in with a retargeting campaign or maybe do some local or national PR, or simply revamp the copy of our Google ads. I keep my eyes peeled.
Final campaign report and future recos
When this initiative ends, you'll get a full report, encompassing the journey, assets, spent and performance. What are the learnings that can be implemented further and what can we change next time?
Don't forget that growing a brand is a collaborative and iterative process, for sustainable, long-term performance.
